100 Posts!

Well we've made it 100 posts. It is a milestone so I saved it for something special. I decided the reporting of my wonderful mother's day was special.

Sunday was my 3rd mother's day and it was wonderful. It was great because Millie somewhat understood the meaning of the holiday. She walked around all day telling me Happy Mother Valentine's Day. It was the sweetest phrase ever. Wayne also made it special by asking to be off from work for the day. When we all get to be together it is wonderful. I love both of them so much. We got up on Sunday got ready for church and did our routine photo shoot. We do the pictures by the front door for most all special occasion, so when we stand there Millie automatically smiles and starts posing. (When I was growing up the place at our house was the staircase). Then we went to a nice church service, my parents, inlaws, and my grandfather all came (we missed my brother and Magen, he had to work boo). When church was over I picked up Millie from the nursery, she greeted me with her special Happy Mother Valentine's Day! She made me a card with her handprints. It is beautiful. When we left church we had reservations at Mariah's for lunch. It was very good and Millie loved her grilled cheese and the air vent on the floor (she kept letting the air blow her shirt up). Presents were exchanged and I was spoiled by my wonderful husband as usual. He is too good to me. I appreciate that if I mention something one time he pays attention, even if I think he isn't. Later at home he asked me how I wanted to spend the rest of my mother's day. My answer, I want to clean out the pantry and clean off the staircase (two disaster areas). He was such a good sport, even though it took 3 hours! I am so happy with the results. All in all it was a wonderful day, filled with love.

See You at Post 101!
