Electric

Today I was describing to a new mother to be what the connection between a mother and a child is like. The only way I could even remotely put it into terms is electric. It is like there is the invisible force always in the air b/w you. You can't put your fingers on it but you feel it. Like the humming of a strong current. And if you do the wrong thing the current will zap you. There is no feeling comparable to it and I am so grateful to have known that connection. I jokingly call Millie my live wire, maybe I was closer to the truth than I knew :)
